Do Not Recommend

Dawn was my photographer and was nice to work with, however, I was disappointed with some of the pictures and inquired to see if some addional editing could be done. My wedding reception was held at Fiore Winery in the afternoon and we had perfect 75 degree weather! Most of the outside portraits were very dark like the flash wasn't used or something and didn't look professional. I was nice with my email but received an extremely rude and unprofessional email from Joey Fox at J&S Productions. He said that 'he did not pick the time and location of my wedding' and there is nothing you can do to get rid of shadows at the time of day. I know a bit about photography and that is simply untrue. If they can't use the sun to their advantage then let the client know and choose another location. There was a gazebo on site that would've worked but the pictures continued to be taken with the harsh lighting and with digital photography I just don't understand it. His response was so uncalled for and I just can't believe he spoke to me that way. I wish I had asked to see examples of their photography in different lighting situations but honestly I didn't even think of it. Please find a photographer that you connect with and who shares your vision of your wedding day and that also provides excellent customer service. Your memories and these pictures will be all you will have to look back on.
